Cascina Albaterra is more than a winery\u2014it\u2019s an agricultural and social project<\/strong> with a strong connection to nature. Alongside wine, they also grow vegetables<\/strong> and keep animals such as sheep and goats<\/strong>. The project is based in the Soave area<\/strong> of Veneto, in the green hills at the foot of the Lessinia plateau<\/strong>. A key part of the story is that the vineyard\u2014around 1 hectare of Garganega<\/strong>\u2014has been made possible through support and access to land in the area, working with local partners.<\/p>\n
