The region is known for its gentle Mediterranean climate with warm days, cool nights and a refreshing sea breeze, which helps the grapes ripen evenly while retaining natural acidity. The vines are grown in limestone-rich soils, contributing to the wine\u2019s finesse and elegance. A sustainable approach in the vineyard respects both nature and the character of the fruit, clearly reflected in the wine\u2019s pure, vibrant expression.<\/p>\n
The wine shows an elegant, pale salmon colour and an inviting bouquet of wild strawberries, red cherries and a hint of citrus blossom.
