Scallywag The Winter Edition \u2013 Ice Wine Cask Finish 2025, 52.4%<\/strong> is a limited Speyside blended malt crafted from 100% Speyside single malts. Initially matured in selected oak casks and then finished in rare ice wine casks from Eastern Europe, it\u2019s bottled at natural cask strength 52.4%, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring \u2013 a bold, sweet and spicy winter dram.<\/p>\n

Producer & style<\/h3>\n

Bottled by Douglas Laing as part of its Remarkable Regional Malts range, Scallywag showcases classic Speyside character: juicy fruit, honeyed sweetness and warming spice. For the 2025 Winter Edition, the ice wine cask finish adds an extra layer of sugary, wine-like fruit and wintery charm, without losing the bright orchard-fruit core.<\/p>\n

Nose<\/h3>\n

The nose is crisp, sweet and inviting:<\/p>\n

    fresh orchard fruits \u2013 apples and frosted pears<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    sweet vanilla, honey and soft white chocolate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Palate<\/h3>\n

    On the palate, the whisky is rich, mouth-filling and warming:<\/p>\n
