Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal is a liqueur made from 90% mezcal from San Luis del Rio and 10% miel de agave \u2013 syrup pressed from baked agave. The addition of the syrup gives a delicate sweetness which plays wonderfully with the deep, smoky notes. Crema de Mezcal can be drunk neat, e.g. as a digestif after a good dinner, or used in cocktails such as margaritas. It is bottled at 40% alcohol.<\/p>\n
