Crafted exclusively from 2017 peated spirit, this whisky has been matured in Bourbon casks for six years, before spending an additional eighteen months finishing in Mezcal casks. The result? A bold and complex dram that delivers a fascinating interplay between peated whisky and the distinctive character of Mezcal.<\/p>\n
Bottled at 55% ABV this is a small batch with 4,968 bottles available world wide. <\/p>\n

Nose \u2013 Green, grassy, and vegetal with an immediate Mezcal influence. As it opens up, expect crisp Granny Smith apples, green bananas, and resilient, ashy smoke.<\/p>\n
Palate \u2013 Bright and herbaceous with hints of eucalyptus, chalky minerals, and seashore essence. A bold mix of olive brine, salty capers, and flat-leaf parsley, creating a weighty, fatty texture underpinned by an earthy backbone.<\/p>\n
