From Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection comes a Scotch whisky from the small and charming Edradour Distillery. The Highland single malt is known for being particularly delicious when aged in sherry casks and this 2014 vintage whisky is a happy marriage of four first-fill oloroso sherry butts (casks 44, 63, 153 & 154) that spent a decade maturing before being at 46% ABV. Without any additional colour. Or chill-filtration, of course.<\/p>\n
Nose Raspberry jam, currants, nutmeg, sherried oak, cr\u00e8me caramel, and cocoa powder.
\nPalate Sherried and thick with notes of sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, orange peel, hazelnut, and cinnamon.
