The Savanna distillery, located on R\u00e9union Island, is renowned for mastering complex aromatic profiles and for its ability to innovate. Two white rums distilled in 2019\u2014one agricole and one grand ar\u00f4me\u2014were blended under the AGA designation before aging for four years in Cellar No. 4, a humid environment that promotes intense and original maturation. The result is a rum bottled at 57% ABV, rich and expressive.
