You also get fruity hints and a knuckle of oak with vanilla sugar stroked over. The aftertaste dots slightly on the tongue with touch of pepper.

The future of The Space Factory will in future be focusing on ‘continental storage’ of Rome, where the meaning is to play with the four seasons, a lower ‘Angel’s Share’ and greater climatic differences than you find in the tropics. The differences fades open more options: they can round off a classic style within Rome or reinterpret the various ROM areas. The passwords are new thinking, where you are not bound by history and of being bound to a single distillery. Every dish and each region have its own characteristics. Master Blender at The Space Factory Retrieves various Rome from the distilles and blender young Rome with matured Rome to give structure, a certain roundness and a spicy touch to each Rome. Various fad types are used, where both age and wood type vary. The goal is always a unique room with a very diverse spectrum of taste and aroma.
