Rainforest Peppered Pineapple Gin has arisen in collaboration between the Southwestern Distillery and The Eden Project, a huge rainforest and nature project that has at home under two large domes in a crater in Cornwall, England.
The gin is the best-selling product on Eden Project’s website. It has a delicious taste of pineapple, which is beautifully balanced with warm spices and exotic peppercorns.
The distiller’s founder and master distiller, Tarquin Leadbits, personally selected Ginnens Botanicals among Eden Project’s many exotic plants, which grow under the two domes. He has chosen a mixture of peppercorns to create a slightly spicy subtone, and it balances perfectly with the fresh pineapple juice added after the distillation. It provides a fresh and inviting gin that goes hand in hand with a classic tonic.
Each bottle is tapped in the hand, labeled and signed by the distillery, and it can usually only be purchased at The Eden Project.
