Handcrafted Cornish Dry Gin – Created On The Wild Cornish Coast
Tarquin’s British Blackberry Gin is a fruit-gin from Cornwall in southern England. The base for the fruit gin is Tarquin’s own Cornish Dry Gin, which is made on wheatspiritus and 12 selected botanicals (including cardamom and violet). The gin, which at this time in the process holds 76% alcohol, is then infused with English blackberries, and when the tarquin feels the balance is right, it becomes water down to 38% and rounded with a touch of honey.
Color: Dybread with a violet cut.
Fragrance: Dark and “juicy” scent of mature blackberries, lemonorbet, violet and juniper.
Taste notes: Close, intense and rich taste with juniper, forest brush meal and light sweetness.
Serving suggestions: Enjoy the clean or in cocktails – try it for example in a spritz with sparkling wine and a twist of lemon peel.
