This Rome is incredibly complex and balanced in the nose. The bouquet contains the scent of green strawberries and flowers rounded with hints of fresh oak and cream brulée with caramelized sugar top. Full taste of mint chocolate and marshmallows. The finish is mild and soft with notes of vanilla leaving a silky soft feeling in your mouth.
Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos became a dream in 2007: producing Dominican alcohol of good quality – hence the name. Two Dominican families went along with two as Dominican Rome producers, overall all their experience and began producing based on sugar crops. The sugar cane is closely selected and the juice is extracted from mills. The result is rich, complex and sweet room, which arouses memory of the Dominican Republic’s azure beaches, palm trees and white sandy beaches.
