Pisco Alto del Carmen is light yellow. Aroma of Muscat along with notes of caramel and nuts. Sweet, round and balanced. Muskatnotes and toasted tree back throughout.

Capel. It was established in 1935 of small producers Pisqueros as “Society of Producers of Chile” and in 1939 it became “Society Producers of Chile, Agricultural Cooperative Pisquera and Vitivinícola Ltda” and then reduced the name of “Agricultural Cooperative Pisquera Elqui Ltda” if current Akronym is Capel. The brand is named after the city of Alto del Carmen, located in the province of Huasco in Atacama desert, where the grapes are grown Pisqueras. Capel has 4,500 hectares of crops, and most of its 1300 farmers are land micro-producers with a maximum of 5 hectares.

Land Chile.

Preparation Details: The grapes chosen for the production of Pisco Alto del Carmen are from the Valley Huasco, Chile and Limari. Muscat grape distilled in copper stills and then stored and matured for six months on oak barrels.
