Food Owl Gin – Oak Aged has been on Bourbon woods for over 3 months. The result is an exclusive, fadded gin with delicate notes of vanilla, caramel, coconut and oak. The Bourbon dish is made of white American oak, which is the traditional wooden card for storing American Bourbon.
The delicious taste of juniper and coriander in combination with vanilla and caramel make food Owl Gin – Oak Aged to the ideal mixer with Ginger Ale and lots of ice cream. It can now also be consumed ‘On The Rocks’ if you want to enjoy the full taste from the Bourbon dish.

Food Owl Gin is a tribute to the owl, which used to stay in the ceiling in our building, but which has now moved in the neighboring city because we noisy too much. Sorry!
We distill the gin in a traditional way with herbs directly in the copper boiler and in the herburve, which is mounted on the Swaneck. The result is a number of tasty and very characteristic ginvarians who are evident in their profile and easy to mix.
All our food Owl Gin is distilled on our distillery in Kagerup in North Zealand and is based on organic grain prit.
