Lindeman’s uses grapes of a quality rarely seen in this product category. The wine is aged for six months in French and American oak to maintain freshness and create a pleasant wine. When you pour, the color is red with a slight hint of purple, and the wine has an aroma of red berries combined with notes of vanilla. In the mouth there are also lots of red berries, but also plum, violet and a small touch of licorice. Serve it at 15-17° C for e.g. chicken, veal and pork or for the big party buffet.
