La Cerisa Rosa Pinot Grigio Rosé 75 CL

Provincia di Pavia IGT – Italy

La Cerisa is a charming rosé wine from the rolling hills of the province of Pavia south of Milan.

It is primarily the white wine grape pinot grigio that is used in the wine, but the beautiful color is achieved by adding 15% of the blue varieties, pinot noir and barbera, which also thrive in the north-western part of Italy.

The grapes undergo a short maceration to obtain the right, delicate rosé.

Aroma and taste have seductive elements of fresh strawberries and cherries with floral undertones. The beautiful intensity is well wrapped in fresh fruit and a delicate finish.

A wine that will charm most, with its immediate freshness, and its incredible drinking pleasure. Ideal as the thirst quencher of the sunny months, and so even at a democratic price.

The wine can be served as a cool aperitif, for a variety of fish dishes, in the salad kitchen or for the light meat dishes.
