Unchill Filtered Limited Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988.
In 2002, Signatory Vintage extended with the acquisition of the edradour distiller. Signatory Vintage ‘The Un-ChillFiltered Collection’ contains only whiskeys that are bottled with 46% volume and are not chill filtered.
This whiskey is matured for 11 years in Hogshead dishes and bottled with his natural color.

Color: light gold.
Nose: grounded dry shoot, vanilla bars, fruity aromas.
Taste: peat, phenols, old leather, exotic fruits, spices.
Finish: prolonged, warming, flammed orange peel and gentle peat smoke.
