Appleton Estate Reserve Blend 8 Years 70 CL 43%

Jamaica Blended Rum

In the heart of Jamaica we find Appleton Estate. One of the few Rome in the world who can highlight “Terroir” including unique weather and cultivation conditions for sugar cane as a major cause of the unique quality.

Appleton Estate is located in Nassau Valley and has its origin right back to 1655, when Sir Francis Dickenson foundation of the farm. The first production of Rome can be documented back to 1749 and is thus the oldest distillery in Jamaica with continuous production of Rome.

The room is generated in a craft very high level. Each step of production is monitored – from the selection of sugar cane, the use of natural yeast in the process for storing on fade and the final clamping of the master blender.

For Appleton Estate Reserve Blend, the ROM of 20 different stored vintages has been summarized, which has been in average for 6 years. Thus, a very rich and full-bodied Rome will open both Rome Cocktail, but which can also be enjoyed completely “Neat”, ie without other than reserve.

A “premium room” rich, soft and delicate balanced between spices and nuts followed by honey, vanilla with hints of hazelnuts. All wrapped in a rich scent of dried orange peel.
