S.B.S Brazil 2013/2017 is a single dish bottling with a total of only 282 bottles. This Rome comes from the Brazilian distillery pardin and is based on fresh sugar cane juice. S.B.S Brazil 2013/2017 is a special mix of traditional Cachaca Rome, which is led together in a dish. The ROM has been distilled on Pot Stills in 2013/2077 and tapped in our warehouse in Denmark in August
2020. S.B.S Brazil 2013/2017 has got an Oloroso finish and was tapped at 45% vol. As ordinary practice for our single Barrel Selection Rome, it is done without the use of cold filtration.
Fragrance: perfumed with aromas of hot waffles and maple syrup. Fresh notes of sugar cane combined with mature stone fruit.
Taste: A velvety sweetness at the beginning, which becomes a sparkling mouthfeel. Comfortable notes of sweet Oloroso
