Here comes another bottling from the now closed distillery TenCane which was located in Trinidad.
At Tencane they made some really exciting tasting rums, based on fresh sugarcane juice.
We have a weakness for these rums, and still find it very difficult to say no when we are offered a dish like this.
As the distillery is closed, it can be difficult to get all the details about the rum, which is also the case with this cask.
We know it has had some tropical storage before moving to Europe for further maturation. But since we could not get information for how long, we have chosen not to write it on the label.
That being said, this is an absolutely fantastic rum that can really make the angels sing.
