Le Temps de Vivre Rosé 75 CL

Cotes Catalanes IGP – France

Enjoy this dry southern French rosé for those moments when the wine plays an (important) supporting role. But make no mistake: this is lovely rosé with both great drinkability and high charm.
The point is simply that you don’t always have to consider wine as art; sometimes you want a safe card that works well as a universal tool.
This description fulfills Le Temps de Vivre rosé to the fullest.

The wine is made from the Grenache grape, grown in the catchment of Perpignan. To preserve the acidity in the wine, the grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the day, and the wine is fermented at a low temperature on stainless steel.

This rosé style is called ‘gris’ in French or ‘grå’ in Danish. In practice, this means a light rosé, which is why there has only been brief skin contact for the same reason. Grenache is tailor-made for this exercise, as the colorless grape flesh itself has a good aroma.

Le Temps de Vivre is an aromatic, fresh and dry rosé with aromas of red berry fruit (strawberry, raspberry currant) with a little white peach and watermelon. This is a user-friendly rosé that is lovely on its own, but which is also a fine companion to the increasingly meatless gastronomy of the times.

Enjoy straight from the fridge.
