About Golden Moon Distillery
Golden Moon Distillery was founded in 2008 with the specific goal of making alcoholic beverages of the highest quality, using the same ingredients as those used in the late 19th century.
Central to this project is that one of the distillery’s founders, Stephen Gould, possesses a massive collection of books, all of which deal with brewing and distilling. The oldest of these books date all the way back from the 16th century, while the majority are from the 18th-19th centuries.
Gun Fighter whiskey is distilled on Golden Moon’s own kettles – four antique pot stills from the early to mid-1900s.
