Don Papa is a Filipino Rome. The Philippines are among the three countries in the world that produce the most Rome, mainly to the domestic market, but first with Don Papa, the Fillippines have received a premium export Rome.
The room is fermented and distilled on Filipino sugar cane and stored on US oak barrels. Storage takes place at the foot of Mount Kanlon on the island of Negros in the southern Fillippines, where it is at least 7 years before being blended and added a little vanilla after Filipino tradition.
Don Papa is a sweet room, with fruity notes of cherry, citrus and vanilla. Don Papa can be drunk, with ice or included in luxurious cocktails. Don Papa won the award as this year’s bar and restaurant product in 2013.
