Compass Box – Delilah’s XXV Limited Ed. 70 CL 46%

Compass Box Delilah’s XXV is a Scottish blended whiskey created to celebrate Punk Rock / Whiskey-Baren Delilah’s’ 25th anniversary. Whiskey is composed of, among other things, Grain Whiskey from Cameronbridge, Maltwhisky from Miltonduff, Teaninich and Linkwood, stored on a variety of fade (50% from First-Fill Sherry Butts). Delilah’s XXV is tapped at 46% alcohol, without either dye or cooling filtration.
Color: Golden.
Fragrance: Beautiful scent of newly baked brioche, raisins, vanilla, bulb and nutmeg.
Taste notes: rich and sweet. Many layers of brown farin, carnations, raisins and hazelnuts.
