Beautiful, copper-brown 8-year-old rum with a very gentle character. Nice combination of sweetness, oak and vanilla in a very pleasant experience. Rich and soft mouthfeel with a long finish.

Cane Island focuses on rums from the Caribbean and Central America. The goal is to best show the characteristics that characterize the rooms from where they come. Cane Island’s rums come as Single Island Blends and Single Estate Rums. Single Island Blends are rum blends from different distilleries on the same island, while Single Estate Rums come from the same distillery. All of Cane Island’s rums are aged in the tropics, where the aging is three times more intense than in more temperate climates, because the climate of the Caribbean increases the interaction between the rum and the cask.
