Juicy, fruity and funky, these are a few of the things that Ben Nevis Distillery in the western Highlands is known for. A distillery that for many years flew under the radar, but is now a firm favorite among whiskey fans. This expression was drawn from two 2nd-fill Oloroso Sherry butts and bottled in January 2023.
This is a Signature bottling, unchillfiltered, natural colour, bottled at 46%. Signatory have their brilliant Edradour distillery, but also bottle excellent casks from other distilleries, and have done so for many years.
